How to Apply?

If you are interested, kindly contact the Director, Mrs. Bhu Venkatesan at director@flowerpotsinternationalschool.be to discuss and arrange a visit. Upon confirmation of admission, the welcome pack will be sent to you for further steps.

School Fees

There are 2 fee tariffs - Personal and Corporate.

Personal tariff - This fee tariff is only available to parents who do not receive financial support from their employer for their child’s education.
Corporate tariff - This fee tariff is only available to parents who receive financial support from their employer for their child’s education.

The fee details and payment procedure will be communicated in the welcome pack upon confirmation of admission.

Financial Aid

FIS offers some financial support for one family per academic year who cannot afford to pay the full tuition fees. However this is subjected to first come first serve basis and the approval of FIS board.

Therapy fees

The therapy fees are not included in the annual school fees and will be billed directly by the therapists and they are to be paid directly to the respective therapist on their respective bank accounts. Receipts will be issued accordingly for reimbursements.

Withdrawal Policy

FIS requires a written notice that is sent, minimum 3 months before the date of leaving the school. The letter should be addressed to the Director of the school.
Accordingly, leaving at the end of the:

• First term (September – December) - If you wish to leave by December 31st , FIS requires notice by September 30th.

• Second term (January – March) - If you wish to leave by March 31st, FIS requires notice by December 31st.

• Third term (April – June) - If you wish to leave by June 30th, FIS requires notice by March 31st.

In the absence of the notice period, term fees is still payable.
